Any woman 18 or older with roots to Spartanburg, South Carolina, desiring to fulfill the Women of the 'Burg Society's objective may join.

Interested women must be sponsored by an active member and voted in by the Executive Board. They may attend up to two consecutive meetings before the $35 membership dues must be paid.
